Content role 01
Earn attention and participation
Human-led stories, short explainers and light character-led content were designed to support engagement, reach, shares and follower growth.
Different content should serve different stages of the audience relationship.
The strategy separated content intended to earn attention and participation from content intended to support trust, authority and leads. This gave individual formats a clearer purpose.
Content role 01
Human-led stories, short explainers and light character-led content were designed to support engagement, reach, shares and follower growth.
Content role 02
Expert perspectives and relevant business insights were intended to strengthen trust and authority, with a separate role for lead-oriented communication.
The platform plan gave LinkedIn a role in professional authority and trust. Instagram offered a complementary space for entertaining, accessible content that could reach adjacent audiences.
The aim was to give people a reason to notice, follow, return and build familiarity over time.
These describe strategic objectives, rather than measured performance outcomes.
Six content routes gave the repositioning a practical creative direction.
The plan connected storytelling styles to specific audience needs. The routes below describe the proposed approach; they do not imply that every series was produced or launched.
Human-led, cinematic stories about shipment pressure, logistics challenges and operational victories. The proposed execution used suspense, fast-paced narration and AI-enhanced visual montages.
Short explanations of complex topics through humour, analogies and relatable situations. Fast, accessible editing was intended to support understanding and shareability.
Topics drawn from local operating realities, such as Chennai businesses’ logistics challenges, festive shipping for textile businesses and export-season preparation for manufacturers.
Funny, wholesome or unexpectedly heroic moments from the logistics world. The proposed micro-content focused on emotional engagement, with light branding and minimal information.
Short, recurring news carousels or stories explaining a trade development and its relevance. Reusable, AI-assisted templates and automated design were proposed to support regular production.
Talking-head or voice-led content featuring WWL GROUP leaders’ insights, operational thinking and business perspectives, with the intended role of building trust and authority.
Reasons to follow WWL Group
Give people a reason to follow. Keep giving them a reason to return.
Daily industry updates, timely LinkedIn newsletters and accessible logistics stories gave the content plan a clear purpose: make WWL Group useful to its audience, every time they visit.
Make WWL Group a daily destination for logistics updates.
We built the daily news series around developments that matter to logistics professionals and businesses, from freight movements and port activity to weather disruptions and shipping costs.
The aim was to give the audience a clear reason to check the page each day: a concise view of what is happening across the industry and why it matters to their business.
Turn timely industry conversations into useful reading.
We planned newsletter topics around emerging trends, industry developments and the questions businesses were already asking. Each edition connected a timely topic with the logistics decisions and challenges behind it.
The format gave WWL Group space to explore a subject in more depth, offering readers context they could take back to their own business.
Make logistics easier to understand and more engaging to follow.
We used social creatives and videos to connect logistics expertise with familiar business questions. Export costs, customs duties, delivery timelines and route planning became starting points for clear, accessible content.
Alongside practical explainers, Wowiz and Geoster brought a human touch to the subject through character-led stories. Together, these formats gave the audience different ways to learn, relate and engage.

Build on WWL GROUP’s industry knowledge with stories people can recognise, relate to and return for.
The repositioning brief began with an established foundation: consistent posting, strong logistics knowledge, a clear brand identity and useful industry insights. The next opportunity was to give those strengths a more audience-focused expression.
We developed a direction that brought business pressure, human decisions and regional relevance into the content. A shipment challenge could become a story with tension. A complex logistics topic could become a short explainer. A local business concern could become the starting point for a useful conversation.
The strategic shift: audience-first storytelling, grounded in logistics expertise.
For startups and MSMEs, the approach called for a simple, approachable problem-solving tone. Regional relevance went beyond language to the operating realities of local businesses, manufacturers and exporters. Multilingual content formed part of the wider brief, alongside a focus on regionally relevant storytelling.
