Mascot Design, Sonic Branding & Corporate BrandingA recognisable face, sound and corporate presence.

Two characters. One shared journey.

Every shipment starts with a customer’s goal and a team working to deliver it. Wowiz and Geoster give those two roles a visible place in the WWL GROUP story.

Geoster represents the customer: the partner who decides where the journey should lead. Wowiz represents the WWL team, bringing a people-focused, collaborative presence to the relationship.

Together, the pair gives a human expression to “You Decide. We Deliver.”

From a mark on the map to a character in the journey.

The location pin is the starting point of the mascot idea: a familiar symbol for a place, a destination and the movement that connects them. Its rounded head and tapered point give Wowiz and Geoster their distinctive silhouettes.

A face brings expression into the circular centre. Arms and legs let the characters carry, guide and interact. Together, these details turn a navigation symbol into an approachable presence in WWL GROUP’s logistics stories.

The two characters share that core shape while playing different roles: Geoster represents the customer who sets the goal, and Wowiz represents the team helping deliver it.

From character to story

Bring the personality into motion.

Animation gives the character room to act, respond and take part in a story. This project example shows Wowiz moving beyond a static brand asset.

Give the visual identity an audible presence.

Sonic branding adds a sound component to WWL GROUP’s identity. Paired with the brand’s visuals, it offers another way to make an introduction or sign-off feel familiar.

The project film brings the sound and visual identity together. Hear its soundtrack on its own, then watch the same piece to experience the combination.

See it in motion

A shared reference for how WWL GROUP looks and communicates.

We brought the identity into a brand-guidelines document that connects the company’s purpose and promise with practical guidance for everyday communication.

The guidelines cover logo versions and usage, typography and text hierarchy, the colour palette, graphic elements and the mascot pair. Together, these give teams a common reference when creating new brand materials.

Keep the brand recognisable as the format changes.

The guidelines define blue and amber as the primary colours, alongside supporting neutrals. They document Roboto, Lexend and Lato with examples of text hierarchy, and show how graphic elements and patterns can carry the identity into different layouts.

The mascot roles and sonic branding sit alongside this visual language, giving WWL GROUP a set of assets for communicating through images, stories and sound.

Introduce the business. Bring people into its story.

The brand also needs to explain the organisation behind it. Corporate films introduce WWL GROUP and its services; the company profile provides a structured business overview; HR induction helps new employees understand the organisation they are joining.

Show how the parts work together.

The film’s central idea is to present WWL GROUP as an integrated supply-chain partner. The narrative follows the journey of goods—from international trade and customs clearance to warehousing, transport and delivery—so each company’s role connects naturally to the next.

Velocity, Visibility, Value and Variance give the story its organising principles. The script moves from these promises into the capabilities that support them, before bringing technology, people and the group’s future direction into view.

The visual direction

The direction pairs footage of the business with maps, motion graphics and on-screen typography to make a complex service offering easier to follow. Operational scenes establish context, while the planned shift towards digital systems and team culture brings the people behind the network into the story.

Give new joiners a clear starting point.

The induction brief brings the company introduction, values, business structure and employee guidance into one welcoming journey. It sets out what a new colleague needs to understand about the organisation, working life and the support available to them.

The draft presentation translates the induction brief into a structured visual approach, helping new colleagues move through the information in a clear sequence.
