Giving Engineering Excellence aUnified Brand Voice

Atmastco is an engineering and manufacturing company established in 1988 in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, with capabilities spanning steel, power and energy, railways, cement, infrastructure and water systems.

The brief was to build Atmastco as a brand of choice for governments, supported by strong partnerships and a dedicated workforce working towards a more convenient tomorrow for communities.

The communication strategy needed to bring together brand identity, stakeholder relationships, digital engagement, employee communication and community initiatives under one unified vision.

One brand, built around four stakeholder priorities.

The strategy focused on building trust with government bodies and regulators through capability-led communication and media relations, establishing Atmastco as an industry thought leader among peers and partners, strengthening employee safety, recognition and purpose, and demonstrating community commitment through CSR initiatives, sustainable practices and public-focused communication.

Campaign creative: Engineering India for Tomorrow, over a city skyline with the Atmastco mark
Campaign creative: Building India Sustainable. Clean. Green Environment.
Campaign creative: 100% Employee Owned Company. Labour of love for building a better tomorrow.

The visual identity was developed to reinforce Atmastco’s positioning, “Engineering India for Tomorrow.”

The colour palette and design elements established a consistent corporate identity, reflecting the brand’s industrial capabilities and forward-looking vision.

This approach extended across campaign creatives such as “Building India. Sustainable. Clean. Green Environment,” connecting engineering expertise with national development and sustainability.

From corporate stationery and folders to employee gear, signage and vehicle branding, each application carried the identity across digital and physical touchpoints, building a cohesive and recognisable brand presence.
